Our bear hunts are from August 15th through the end of September. Hunting areas are accessible by boat only,  and most are within 15 minutes of camp. We welcome both bow and gun hunters. We have approximately 150 sq. kms. of hunting area that receives very little hunting pressure. While it is possible for you to harvest a record book black bear, it's more likely that the average size of a bear you'll see will be in the 125 - 300 pound range. All hunting sites are baited. We will do our very best here at Tall Pines Camp to make your hunting adventure a complete success!
